Basically, all we ask is that you be a good neighbour but please read them as they are part of your contract with us.
And we'll do the rest!
The Terms and Conditions and Clearing Up Notice apply to ALL Bookings.
You and your Music Provider MUST read and accept the Specific agreement if you are using amplified music (discos ,etc.)
You MUST read the Safeguarding document if you are hosting an event for children or adults-at-risk.
And if something goes wrong, please read the Complaints document.
Our Basic Rules are:
Please leave the Pavilion as you find it - clean and tidy.
Please be kind to our neighbours both during and after the event by keeping noise to a minimum - please shut the terrace doors if you are playing music, and please walk home quietly.
All music and bar service must end at 11pm latest.
Please don't break the laws regarding alcohol - only alcohol purchased on the premises can be consumed on the premises and, of course, no alcohol can be bought by or for children.
Please park in the car parks, never on the pavements.
Groups or Clubs involving children or adults-at-risk MUST have
Safeguarding Policies and general Risk Assessments in place.
Please enjoy yourselves.

Payment is taken as your acceptance of the T&Cs.
For some events, we may require a deposit.
You can book the Main Hall, and also the Kitchen and/or the Bar.
The Snooker Room is only open to club members.
Our standard charge for the Hall and Kitchen is £14 per hour.
We encourage Payment by BACS - details with your invoice.
Alternatively payment by card, cash or cheque can be accepted .
